1. Minimum Order Requirement
To ensure we maintain the quality and freshness of our products, we have a minimum order requirement of 2 bags per order. This helps us offer you the best service and ensures the granola is packaged and shipped efficiently.

2. Product Availability
While we strive to keep our product offerings up-to-date, all items on our website are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after you’ve placed an order, we will notify you and provide the option to choose an alternative or receive a full refund.

At Deelicious Granola, we take allergies seriously. Our products contain a variety of ingredients, including but not limited to nuts, seeds, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens. We strongly recommend that you carefully review the ingredient list on each product page before making a purchase.

By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order, including shipping and applicable taxes.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer both standard and express shipping options. Shipping costs vary based on location and the size of your order. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days (depending on location).

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service or shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but please note that custom granola orders are non-refundable.

  • Returns: You can return unopened and unused products (except custom granola orders) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us to initiate the return process.

  • Exchanges: If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, we will gladly offer an exchange. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

For custom orders, such as personalised granola blends, please ensure that you double-check your selections before finalising the order. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where we have made an error or the product is defective.
