We hope you love every crunchy bite of Deelicious Granola, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

​You may return unopened and unused products (excluding custom granola orders) within 14 days of receiving your order. To begin the return process, simply get in touch with us via our contact page or email—we’ll guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.

Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item.

Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Deelicious Granola experience. If you’ve received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged or defective, we’re more than happy to offer an exchange.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description (and photos if possible) of the issue, so we can assist you promptly.

Please note that while we’re happy to correct any mistakes or faulty products, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our end.
